If your enquiry relates to your child's education or wellbeing, please contact your child's class teacher in the first instance.

For all general enquiries, please contact the School Office. Mrs Collins is the designated member of staff responsible for dealing with enquiries from parents and members of the public and will ensure that your query is directed to the most appropriate member of staff, including the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team, SENDCo or Pastoral Team.

We aim to resolve concerns informally wherever possible and encourage parents and carers to contact us promptly if an issue arises.

Parents and carers may also use the Kent Catholic Schools' Partnership (KCSP) Feedback, Concerns and Complaints Form to share feedback, raise a concern or submit a complaint. All submissions will be considered carefully, handled fairly and addressed in accordance with the school's and Trust's policies and procedures.
