Our wraparound care
St. Michael's run a 'Wrap Around Care' facility , this includes a breakfast club and after school club which will be term time only
Breakfast club will run from 7.30am until 8.30am daily- At St Michael Catholic Primary and Nursery School, we offer a paid Breakfast Club each morning, providing children with a healthy and positive start to their day. Pupils can enjoy a selection of nutritious options such as wholegrain cereals, toast, fresh fruit and milk in a calm and welcoming environment. Our Breakfast Club not only supports healthy eating habits but also gives children the opportunity to socialise with friends and settle into the school day ready to learn.
- 7.30am to 8.30am : £2.50
- 8.00am to 8.30am : £1.50
- Breakfast £2.00
If you child attends breakfast club and eats from 7.30am - then you will be charged £4.50
The Wrap Around club will run from 3.30 pm until 6.00 pm daily- At St Michael Catholic Primary and Nursery School, our paid Wrap Around Care provides a fun-filled and supportive environment beyond the school day. Children enjoy a range of engaging activities where they can play, create and relax with friends, as well as share a healthy meal together. In addition, we offer valuable extra learning opportunities, including reading interventions and homework support, helping children to continue developing their skills while giving families flexible, high-quality childcare they can rely on.
- 3.30 pm until 4.30 pm: £8.50, which includes one snack
- If your child attends an after-school activity and attends the Wraparound club afterwards (4.30 pm to 6.00 pm), there will be a charge of £8.50, including one snack.
- 3.30 pm until 6.00 pm: £12.00, which includes two snacks.
- If your child is not collected by 3.40pm daily, then he / she will be taken to the Wraparound Care club and you will be charged £15.00.
Late fees will be applied for any child collected after 6.00 pm, £ 5.00 for every 5 mins and consistent lateness (3+) will result in refusal of a place being given for 'Wrap Around Care'.
We will be using an app named Cheqdin, which will allow you to book your child in, pay for the wraparound care, via bank transfer or child care vouchers.
